At Alpha Country Training + Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our gear and supplements. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, or for supplements, that the seal remains intact and at least 75% of the product is remaining.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange gear within 3-5 business days.
